1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services
Irussoft provides software development, consulting, and technology services as described on our website. All services are subject to a separate service agreement or statement of work.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement, all intellectual property created during the course of a project shall be transferred to the client upon full payment. Irussoft retains the right to use general knowledge and methodologies.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of engagement. NDA agreements are available upon request.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Standard terms are Net 30 unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges.
6. Limitation of Liability
Irussoft's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Fees for work completed up to termination date remain due.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Islamabad.
